Egg & Cabbage Stir Fry (Bắp Cải Xào Trứng)

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stalk chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or fresh chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ shredded green cabbage
  • Sriracha sauce (optional)

Instructions

  • Thinly slice the green cabbage.
  • Add vegetable oil to a pan and let the oil heat up.
  • Add the green cabbage, salt and pepper and toss to combine. Let the cabbage cook for about 5 minutes.
  • While the cabbage is cooking, crack two eggs in a bowl. Add to the eggs, chopped green onion, garlic powder, fish sauce and pepper. Beat the eggs to combine all the ingredients in the bowl.
  • Add the beaten eggs into the pan with the cabbage and cook until the eggs are done.
  • Serve with a drizzle of Sriracha sauce either alone or with Jasmine rice.
